Balvenie Caribbean Cask was created by The Balvenie Malt Master, David Stewart, who celebrated an incredible 50th anniversary at the distillery in 2012. 14 years maturation in traditional oak casks & finished in Caribbean rum casks. Expect notes of vanilla, toffee, nutmeg & subtle rum soaked raisins.

Tasting Notes

Pairs spectacularly with a hard savoury cheese such as an aged cheddar, as well as artisan chocolates and savoury dishes.
