Luminous IPA heavily features a US hop called Luminosa, an incredibly rare hop variety in the Australian craft beer scene with only an extremely limited quantity making its way to the country for 2024. The Luminosa hop is known for its bright fresh fruit flavours, likened to peach-mango lemonade, candied orange peel, boysenberry, papaya and guava. Paired with the ever-faithful mosaic hops, to amplify the tropical fruit characters found in both, and a lean malt bill to allow the Luminosa hops to take the centre stage of this modern IPA.
