Rémy Martin XO is the signature of the Cellar Master's blending expertise, combining hundreds of eaux-de-vie sourced exclusively from Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. Carefully matured beyond XO requirements, it reveals an extraordinary aromatic richness with notes of ripe plum, candied orange, jasmine, hazelnut and cinnamon, culminating in a velvety and lingering finish.

The appellation standard requires for XO eau-de-vie to be aged at least 6 years for the youngest. We aged our eau-de-vie for at least 9 years.
