Description

On release the wine is a very pale straw colour with a youthful green hue. It has intense lifted aromas of tropical passionfruit along with freshly cut grass and subtle mineral salt. The wine is vibrant and lively with delicious flavours of passionfruit and green apple along with some subtle herbaceous characters and a hint of minerality that is typical of the region. Texturally, it is very elegant and delivers a sophisticated version of a very popular white wine variety. Crafted for immediate enjoyment but will cellar over a short term under ideal conditions.
